Welcome to Ski Shoot Repeat - a journey through the 2022-23 international biathlon season, hosted by Lizzie Boyle.

Biathlon combines the strenuous aerobic hell of cross-country skiing with the calm precision of shooting a rifle at insanely small targets. It’s a sport that I have fallen in love with and one that I want you to learn to love too.

I'm your host, Lizzie Boyle. By day, I work for a sustainability consultancy, helping communities in the UK tackle climate change. By night, I write comics, run quizzes and play RPGs. And at the weekend, I watch way too much sport on TV.
